Summary: The facility is a bit old but the room is clean and neat. My room was a bit far from the reception and needed to walk down and up the stairs, but it was also a pleasure of the trip. Staff was very kind and helpful. They offered prompt services such as transport arrangement and breakfast etc. Thank you so much!

Summary: This hotel is a quiet refuge from busy Central Ubud, but conveniently close if desired. The free shuttle into the city center was a bonus. The staff was very hospital and the breakfast was quite tasty. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated, but some sort of compressor, fan, or generator clunks regularly (even during the night), sometimes making it tough to sleep.

Summary: The hotel staff were excellent at this hotel, going so far as to organise transport for us for the day and to the airport at the end of the day. They also suggested a range of sights to visit, as we were unfamiliar with the Ubud area - none of these disappointed.

Summary: This was our favourite place to stay in Bali.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made you feel at home. A beautiful place over looking the rice paddies and villages of Ubud. Looking forward to going back one day soon.

Summary: The spacious villa I stayed in for ten days offered outstanding comfort and was located in the most picturesque location imaginable. Relaxing by the infinity pool watching the sun go down over the rice paddies a memory I will keep for a life time. My sincere thanks thanks to Made and his wonderful staff who treated me more like a family member than a hotel guest.
